The Baroque style has inspired the hand-made work of 
Artesan Mariana Murguía Rábago.  She has combined in her
pieces the richness of metal foil with materials such as
wood, tin, ceramic, and fabric to create art that mixes both
European and Mexican roots.  This has produced a popular-style
work of beautiful impact and creativity, expressed in the 
decorations of objects such as crosses, dolls, jewelry boxes,
