En el territorio poblano encontramos grupos indígenas como Mazatecos, Nahuas, Otomies, Popolocas, y Totonacos, que aún conservan sus costumbres, tradiciones y creencias. Podemos disfrutar de su artesanía de barro, vidrio, y fibras, y de sus comidas como el internacional mole, chiles en nogada, o sus dulces de leche y frutas.
Throughout Puebla we can find indigenous groups such as the
