Reality Therapy says that to lead a happylife, one must meet the basic needs: Survival, Belonging, Power,Freedom, and Fun. Ask yourself: What do I want? What am I doingnow? Is it working? What is my picture of a quality life? Howdo I feel? What could I do differently? I can only control myown behavior, not others. My choices are my own, not another'sfault.
